Lecture: Jean Cocteau and Music

Jean Cocteau is celebrated primarily as a poet, playwright, visual artist, critic and filmmaker, but his contributions to the world of music, through the roles of librettist, lyricist and taste-maker, were extensive. Robert Ainsley will explore Cocteau’s life-long involvement in the music of his time.

Robert Ainsley’s annual lecture is the perfect way to begin immersing yourself in the world of Cocteau!
